Inovasi dalam Pemrosesan Data Besar untuk Meningkatkan Kinerja Sistem Informasi pada Industri 4.0

Abstrak

This paper examines how big data processing innovations (2021–2025) improve information system performance in Industry 4.0 environments. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with narrative synthesis of recent literature and policy/industry reports, complemented by 2021–2025 simulated trend data, the study maps key innovations—stream processing, lakehouse platforms, open table formats, and data governance practices—to measurable performance outcomes (latency reduction, availability improvement, and faster decision cycles). The findings indicate that adopting modern architectures and governance mechanisms can significantly enhance operational analytics and decision-making speed, but benefits are constrained by data quality gaps, skills shortages, and cyber risk. The study proposes practical implementation directions for organizations to achieve scalable, reliable, and secure Industry 4.0 information systems.
